• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

• 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for extra flavor)

• Chopped fresh parsley

• Lemon wedges

Preparation

Step 1. Preheat the Oven:

• Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and preheat it. Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2. Prepare the Sauce:

• In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika.

Step 3. Season the Chicken:

• Dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.

• Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 4. Marinate the Chicken:

• Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish you prepared.

• Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated.

• If time permits, marinate the chicken for 10–15 minutes (optional).

Step 5. Bake the Chicken:

• Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

• Take off the foil, drizzle some sauce over the chicken, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes or until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Step 6. Serve:

• Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and accompany with lemon wedges for extra brightness.
